Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff and taken to our luxurious room with exclusive amenities, including private facilities and a comfortable lounge area. the garden area was stunning and well-maintained, adding to the overall feeling of exclusivity. the service was exceptional, with all our needs fulfilled promptly.

The only minor issue we experienced was the bar selection, which was limited in comparison to other five-star hotels. this did not detract from our overall experience at this venue.

good breakfast, helpful personnel, beautiful rooms. there's variety of restaurants to choose from, like alma cocina de autor, set within 15 minutes walk or so.

Brilliant base for a 3-night stay...

During my stay, the hotel staff was exceptional. They were always friendly and gave great advice on the best restaurants in this city. The hotel's location is very convenient as it's within walking distance of the archeological park, and there are plenty of dining options in the area. Additionally, the hotel facilities were spotless, particularly the rooms, which were quite spacious and modern. Lastly, the hotel's breakfast was delightful, and it was served in a lovely outdoor location.

What a wonderful experience! Our stay was simply amazing! We loved the stunning views from our spacious and modern room, and the fact that it was in a perfect location, just a short walk from the best local restaurants and attractions. The staff was so friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. And we appreciated the delicious breakfast and beautiful grounds. We will definitely be back!

While we had a fantastic time, there were a couple of minor issues that we would be remiss not to mention. the noise from the nearby road could be a bit distracting.

Within walking distance, there are several places to eat, making meals convenient. it is situated in a beautiful garden with well-maintained grounds, making the atmosphere of the hotel pleasant. Guests also have quick access to the town center or park. the room was spacious and modern, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the patio was enjoyable, and the service was excellent.

The coffee served at this hotel was not up to par, which was a little disappointing for an area known for its coffee farms.

Loved the cozy and modern room, equipped with top-notch amenities to rest and relax. the best aspect was waking up to a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from; they even had traditional foods!

The proximity to the main road; sometimes it was a bit noisy and interrupted the peaceful ambiance.

I had a fantastic stay at a new and modern hotel in San Agustin. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The staff went above and beyond to assist with any needs I had. The breakfast served on the outdoor patio was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.
